Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Urologist
Full-time negotiable schedule
Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
On call 10 days per month
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient 
17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
2 Current Urologists in the Group
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
Equipment: PVR Scanner
EMR - EPIC
Trauma Level I
Required: OH License (current or in process of obtaining), BLS and ACLS
Required procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy 
Compensation and Benefits: Sign-on bonus negotiable, relocation allowance, 3-year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive), $5000 CME credit
