• Hospital Bed Size: 266
• Trauma Level: Level III

Dates: Full-time - ongoing, would consider a provider that can do 3 weeks a month
Shift & Call Details: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, surgery starts at 7:30am, 10 days minimum for call, more available if the locums wants it, 24-hour call is Fri-Sun
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks, possibly less
Job Details:

• Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• Patient Volume: 15 per half day, 18 years and up. 
• Types of cases: Cysto's, Prostate Biopsies, Vasectomy, Litho, Terps
• Support: 2 RN's, office staff. They have 1 other Urologist
• EMR: Athena for office - Paragon for Acute/Surgery
• Must be Board certified, ACLS, BLS
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
