The facility requires urological coverage to support their current full-time equivalent physician who is approaching retirement. The institution maintains comprehensive urological capabilities with both clinic and operating room services to serve the regional patient population. The urologist will provide comprehensive care including clinic consultations, emergency procedures, and surgical interventions during the assigned coverage week. Responsibilities include managing both scheduled clinic patients and urgent urological cases requiring immediate attention with 24-hour call availability. The clinician will work collaboratively with advanced practice providers who assist with routine patient management and initial assessments. All patient encounters must be documented using the EPIC EMR system with attention to quality care standards and timely response to emergency consultations.
