Delta Locum Tenens (DLT), the locum tenens staffing division of (Login for Information), identifies physicians and advanced practice providers on behalf of healthcare facilities to provide short- and long-term coverage. - Patient Volume: 5-15 inpatients/day, ~5 admissions/day, 5-8 consults/day
- Job Details:
- Coverage: 1 weekend per month ongoing (12 annually
- Schedule Options:
- Thurs-Sun (clinic + call + 24-hour call)
- Fri-Mon (clinic + call + 24-hour call)
- Additional: 1 full week per year (provider can select week
- Weekday Clinic: 7a-5p
- Weekend Duties: Inpatient rounding, consults, emergencies only (no clinic)
- Procedures: Bread and butter Urology + urgent cases (Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydroceles
- Support: APPs available
- Credentialing: 3-60 days, with potential for emergency privileges
- Travel: Drive-in preferred; flights considered if PA-license
- Client Requirements: BE, IMLC eligible, 5+ years’ experience, BLS
- EMR: EPIC/Cerner
- Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
