Outpatient Urologist Opportunity – San Antonio, Texas

University Health in San Antonio is looking for a BC/BE Urologist to join our expanding team. This is a mission-focused, primarily outpatient role offering a fantastic work-life balance in one of the nation's fastest-growing cities

Role Highlights:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• General urology practice in a predominantly outpatient setting (clinic + procedure days)
• Procedures performed at University Hospital or affiliated Ambulatory Surgery Centers
• Practice based at one primary clinic location
• Strong internal referral network from 80+ primary care providers across 32+ clinical sites
• You will benefit from access to robust institutional resources and support.
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents

Call Expectations:

• Minimal call requirements anticipated
• Light call schedule (approximately 1:4 to 1:6) expected once new community hospitals open in 2027
• During call weeks: no clinic responsibilities and adjusted wRVU expectations
• Call responsibilities will be limited and primarily support newly expanded community hospital operations
