- 7-day coverage blocks, Monday 7am start, Sunday 7am end
- 99% adult patients, 1% pediatric patients
- General urology cases, no fertility work-up
- Laser procedures and advanced endoscopic techniques required
- Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsy, and renal/bladder ultrasound required
- ESWL, nephrectomy, and radical nephrectomy required
- Laparoscopic skills and robotic surgery preferred
- 8 weeks of call coverage per year
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
