- 1:1 call ratio with 30-minute response time
- 15-20 patients per shift
- Both outpatient and inpatient required
- Advanced endoscopic techniques required
- Laparoscopic surgeries required
- Ureteroscopy and ESWL required
- TRUS biopsies and fertility work-up required
- Adult patients only -- no pediatric required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
