Urology Physician Locums Job in Washington | Full Time | Beginning June 2 | Assignment # 109319

Shift Description: Days 8am-5pm night call and 24 hour call required

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified Urology 
--Washington License (IMLC accepted) 
--June ongoing availability 
--ACLS, BLS, DEA 
--Clean background/malpractice
--Local, no flights - highly preferred
--Setting: 10% inpatient, 90% outpatient
--Duties: General urology patient care in an ambulatory clinic and community hospital. Includes general urology office procedures as indicated: Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy. Schedule and perform OR cases for treatment of BPH, kidney stones, general urology cases. 
--Patients per day/volume: 16 clinic patients per day
--Number of surgeries: 1-5 per week
--EMR: EPIC 
--Support Staff: Front desk check in, surgery scheduler, MA-C (Uro Tech), RN
--Reason for coverage: Gap between departing urologist and hiring a new full time urologist. 
--Rounding: Urologist comes in 30 min early and does inpatient rounds in the hospital. Has 1-2 patients max at a time. Can also see inpatients during lunch if needed. 
--Minimum length of commitment: 60 day
--Call volume: Average of 4-5 calls a day. There are about 3 in person calls/week
