A hospital-based client is in need of Daytime clinic coverage plus call due to a recent vacancy.

The facility is located in northwestern Washington.

You will see your patients in the clinic Monday - Friday each week you work, then take hospital call in the evenings. Additionally, you participate in the weekend call rotation every 6th weekend. Notes are to be completed each day electronically.

• Case Load/PPD:  20-25
• Support Staff:  2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, and 2 front office staff.
• Call Ratio/Schedule:  Nightly and weekends (1:6)
